Slight differences in vessels, colours or textures are normal for handcrafted products.

Orders are confirmed once payment is processed.

5. Shipping

Timeframes are estimates only; delays may occur during transit. Lumiere & Luxe are not responsible for any delays with other shipping companies.

6. Returns

Replacements are provided for damaged or faulty products only, not for simple change of mind
